In 1985, after six great years, I left the grocery business to pursue a career with the United States Postal Service. In 1987, after being mentored by two older gentleman that were into buying properties, fixing them up and either flipping them or making them rental homes I pursued a second job career in Real Estate. I hung my license with J.V. Hubbard Realty Company. By always being in community service I believe that my various backgrounds have enabled me to provide several specific skills when assisting my clients. After seventeen years of selling property I decided to purchase the company from the previous owner. I became the supervising broker and have built a successful team. In 2007, I purchased a commercial building and moved from our old location to where we are currently operating. At that same time, I re-named the Company to Champ Realty Company becoming one of the more recognized locally – owned and operated brokerages in the area.
