I am Beverly Tonette Phillips. I was born and raised in Kansas City Kansas. I am Currently employed with The Unified Government of Kansas City Kansas as a Transit Operator. For 35 years my job allows me to meet a lot of people that I talk with and sometimes help along the way.
Outside of work I enjoy being with my family, my Church, having game night, traveling, cooking watching movies and reading.
I purchased my first starter home in 1985 which was a real true fixer-upper and I made it my home. I always had an extreme interest in watching and reading home improvement books and shows such as Better homes and Garden, This Old House and others.
I really felt there was a need to help those who are first time buyers thru the process of buying that first or forever home comfortably and with an honest and educational experience as well as others who are seeking to purchase their special home. I did not have that comfort and knowledge and security when I purchased my first home and I wish I did. I loved driving around and looking at homes so why not do what I love to do and be a Real Estate Agent?
I obtained my license in 2000 where I then joined JD Reece Real Estate Company/Reece and Nichols for 2 years. In 2002 I then moved on to Champ Realty Company where we are one big happy family excited to make your home buying experience nice and smooth.
